OUR GOAL

• We aim for a player-to-coach ratio of 8:1 but will not exceed 10:1. This ensures that the coaches can spend quality time with all players attending and are not overwhelmed with large camp numbers. This also ensures that prospects will have time to interact with the coaches and learn from them in a small group and one-on-one setting. Depending on the numbers there could possibly be two sessions for the camp. You will be notified in advance.

CAMP SCHEDULE

• 7:15 AM – Registration at Rigel Student Center
• 8:00 AM – Camp Introduction & Expectations
• 8:15 AM – Dynamic Warm-Up
• 8:30 AM – Metric Testing (40, Pro-Agility, L-Drill, Broad Jump, Bench Press Testing 135, 185, 225)
• 10:30 AM – Break
• 11:00 AM – Lunch
• 12:30 PM – Dynamic Warm-Up
• 12:45 PM – Offensive Line Run Fundamentals / Defensive Line Run Fundamentals
• 1:30 PM – Break
• 1:35 PM – Offensive Line Pass Fundamentals / Defensive Line Pass Fundamentals
• 2:00 PM – 1 VS 1 Matchups (OL VS DL)
• 2:30 PM – Break
• 2:35 PM – 2 VS 2 (OL VS DL)
• 3:00 PM - End of Workout! Feedback and Discussion (Receive guidance and insights from coaches)
• 3:30 PM – Dismiss
